However, in the United States, AB negative is considered to be the rarest blood type. Stanford Medical School Blood Bank said AB-Goldar owned only 0.6% of the population. B negative is only owned by 1.5% of humans. Why is B negative blood important? Because this is one of the rarest blood types in the world. AB positive is the blood group of 3.4% of people on earth. Very rare! Where only 1:29 people have AB + blood. Blood type B + is very important because it can help treat sickle cell disease (sickle cell disease), which is a condition in which red blood cells are deformed and damaged. People with blood type O positive can receive donations from O positive & O negative only. Although this blood type can be used for other blood types, people with blood type O can only receive Goldar O again. Hence, blood type O positive is very much needed in any part of the world.
